- Payment by Direct Deposit
- Annual Subscription
- The total Invoice amount will be deposited by you into our Bank Account within 3 Business Days.
- If payment is not received within 3 Business Days, your order may be canceled.
- Your Serial Number and/or Licence file will be unable to be provided until payment is received.
- Monthly Subscription
- The total Invoice amount will be deposited by you into our Bank Account within 3 Business Days.
- If payment is not received within 3 Business Days, your order may be canceled.
- Your Serial Number and/or Licence file will be unable to be provided until payment is received.
- A Direct Debit Authority will be emailed to you for completion and requires to be returned before your next deduction is due. If the Direct Debit Authority is not returned, your account will be suspended and access will be unavailable until payment and Direct Debit Authority are received.
- Payment by Credit/Debit Card
- Annual Subscription
- You authorise us to deduct your Annual e-PayDay® Subscription renewal (and any other Fees payable) in respect to your use of e-PayDay® Subscription.
- You provide this authority by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and entering your Credit/Debit card details when placing this order.
- You will ensure you have sufficient funds available on your nominated Credit/Debit card to cover your Annual e-PayDay® Subscription renewal.
- Reminders will be sent to your nominated email address 30 days, 7 days and the day before your Annual e-PayDay® Subscription renewal will be automatically debited.
- Your Serial Number and/or Licence file will be unable to be provided until payment is received.
- You will contact us to update your Credit/Debit Card Details in order to process your Annual e-PayDay® Subscription renewal.
- Tax invoice will detail the fees charged and be provided to you by email within 3 Business Days of fees being debited.
- If your Credit/Debit card is declined, we will attempt to re-draw 3 times. If these attempts fail, we will advise you by email and phone. You will be provided with 14 days to resolve non-payment. Where the fees remain unpaid, we will suspend or terminate your e-PayDay® Subscription.
- If you believe there has been an error in debiting your credit cards, you should notify us immediately by calling 07 3049 1860 or emailing e-payday@outlook.com so that we can resolve your query promptly.
- If we conclude that your Credit/Debit card has been incorrectly debited, we will arrange a refund of the incorrect debit.
- Monthly Subscription
- You authorise us to deduct your Monthly e-PayDay® Subscription renewal (and any other Fees payable) in respect to your use of e-PayDay® Subscription.
- You provide this authority by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and entering your Credit/Debit card details when placing this order.
- You will ensure you have sufficient funds available on your nominated Credit/Debit card to cover your Monthly e-PayDay® Subscription renewal.
- You will contact us to update your Credit/Debit Card Details in order to process your Monthly e-PayDay® Subscription renewal.
- Your Serial Number and/or Licence file will be unable to be provided until payment is received.
- Debiting of Fees will occur each month on a specified date (which is detailed in your confirmation email).
- Tax invoice will detail the fees charged and be provided to you by email within 3 Business Days of fees being debited.
- If your Credit/Debit card is declined, we will attempt to re-draw 3 times. If these attempts fail, we will advise you by email and phone. You will be provided with 14 days to resolve non-payment. Where the fees remain unpaid, we will suspend or terminate your e-PayDay® Subscription.
